User Agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and the operator of PickZen (hereinafter referred to as the "App").
Please read this Agreement carefully before using our App. Your download, installation and use of all App functions and services shall be deemed as your full understanding and unconditional acceptance of all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any terms herein, please immediately uninstall and stop using this App.
1. Service Description
The App provides users with lightweight offline decision-making tools, including but not limited to coin flip simulation, random number generation, random grouping division and other auxiliary decision-making functions. All services are provided for users’ daily personal reference and entertainment purposes only.
We reserve the right to optimize, adjust, upgrade or maintain the App’s functions and interfaces at any time without prior notice, aiming to improve user experience and service stability.
2. Usage Rules
The User agrees to use this App in a legal, reasonable and proper manner. The User shall not use the App for any illegal, improper, infringing or harmful behaviors, including but not limited to violating public order, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, or conducting fraudulent, malicious or misleading activities.
You acknowledge that all decision results generated by the App are randomly generated by local algorithms and are for personal reference only. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, effectiveness or rationality of the decision results, and the use of all results is at the User’s own risk.
3. Privacy Protection
We strictly adhere to our Privacy Policy. This App does not collect, store, record or upload any of your personal information, device data, operation records or use logs. All function calculations and data processing are completed locally on your device, and no user-related data will be retained after you exit the App. Your use of the App is completely anonymous.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights of the App, including but not limited to source code, program logic, interface design, text content and functional framework, belong exclusively to the App operator. No user or third party may copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disseminate, sell or use the above intellectual property contents for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Users obtain only the personal, non-commercial, limited right to use the App during the use period, and no intellectual property rights are transferred to users.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
This App is a free lightweight auxiliary tool and provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make any express or implied warranties for the continuity, stability, security or accuracy of the App’s services.
All random decision results generated by the App are for reference only. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, economic losses or disputes caused by the user’s decision-making judgment based on the App’s results.
We shall not be responsible for any service interruption, function abnormality or use obstacle caused by user device failure, system compatibility problems or other external factors.
6. Agreement Revision
We reserve the right to revise and update this Agreement at any time according to service iteration and operation needs. The revised Agreement will be displayed in the App. Your continued use of the App after the update of the Agreement shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms.
